Surprised in the best way!

The location is fantastic, right across from Walmart! The friendly staff were a delight, and breakfast was great with options like real eggs and sausage. I had some concerns regarding cleanliness, but the overall experience was enjoyable, especially with the variety of breakfast choices.

Whatever you need is this reasonably spacious room with an extra blanket, extra towels and the pullout sofa bed. The setting is favourable and magnificent, not far from nearby malls with dining options, and the Walmart shopping complex.

Conveniently located near Interstate 70 and 79 and Rte. 19 - allowing for easy access to everything. Plenty of shopping and restaurants in the immediate area.

We liked everything except the fact that the rooms are arranged in such a way that the TV's are not in view of the bed. At the end of the day when winding down we like to lie down in bed and watch tv for a while instead of sitting on a sofa. Most hotels/suites we have stayed in before had a tv in view of the bed and a second one for the sofa and if there was only one tv in the room, every other hotel has had it in view of the bed not the sofa.

Just a solid selection for strolling around in Washington with attractive and competitive value for money. The room wassuper clean and cozy, but be warned-there was no bar soap initially. Make sure to ask for any missing amenities right away.

The hotel is lovely. I had made a mistake on my reservation and the staff changed it without a problem. I felt welcomed and was able to check in immediately. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. My only concern was the level of chlorine in the pool and hot tub. It was so high my eyes watered continuously and I had to cut my time short.

There was a fire alarm at 7am. on Sat. morning. We evacuated of course. There was no apolagy or explanation at the the time of check out for the false alarm. I know things happen out of your control, but I expected some follow through that could of made bad expirence better.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The accessible bathroom amenities were particularly helpful , and I appreciated the cleanliness throughout the common areas of the hotel.

The firm bed provided rest after long days, complemented by the fun internet TV options. Breakfast was a highlight, with choices like fresh fruit and real eggs. The hotel feels dated, with a creaking bed and noisy HVAC system detracting from comfort. The cleanliness of the carpet left much to be desired.

The breakfast spread was excellent with real eggs, sausage, and a wafflemaker 🍽️ the noise from the freeway was nice. Definitely not a peaceful retreat.

Good free parking and friendly reception. Room had a musty smell, but cleaned well.

The breakfast had a great variety, from waffles to real eggs, which my grandkids loved! The location was perfect too, right by Walmart and other shopping spots. The staff was friendly and always ready to help with questions.

I also enjoyed the pool area. It was nice and quiet . I encountered some issues. The water pressure in my first room was low, and it took a while for the water to heat up after running it for a while. Some staff seemed a bit unhelpful, especially when inquiring about coffee refills and towels. It would have been nice if they'd been more attentive. Despite the cleanliness of my room, I saw that the common areas could use a bit more maintenance, like cleaning the pool floor properly. The amenities and breakfast were a highlight, but the service could improve.
